Plastic roller blinds
Roller blinds are an excellent choice for protecting machinery in tight spaces. Roller blinds require less space than way covers and are easier to install than traditional way covers. We supply ready-to-install acid- and rust-resistant roller blinds with or without casing.

Installation and pre-tensioning
Roller blinds can be attached with standard steel angles (Figure 1) or other steel angles that meet your requirements most effectively. Before installation, adjust the pre-tensioning:
- by turning the flat metal tip (Fig. 2) in the direction opposite to the roll-out direction of the roller blind
- by turning the cylinder arm with hex key DIN 911 (Fig. 3) and tightening the screw (Fig. 3, 1)
Casing (upon request)
- Ready-to-install, pre-tensioning adjusted
- Equipped with a brush wiper
- The mounting angle of the casing and the end of the roller blind can both be adjusted individually
Steel roller blinds
- Excellent protection against hot splashes, oil and cooling emulsion
- Stainless and acid-resistant spring steel blind (thickness 0.20, 0.25, 0.30, or 0.40 mm)
- Can be supplied in three different versions, ready-to-install and correctly pre-tensioned
Type SR
Roller blind with steel blind at a thickness of 0.20, 0.25, 0.30 or 0.40 mm.
Type SRF
Roller blind with separate spring steel blind
- Cover blind is easily replaceable
- Retraction shade in blind widths ZB1 and ZB2
- Easy roll-out and retraction
Type SRS
Same as SRF but equipped with an additional lubrication system.
All three types can be delivered with the casing and shade end design of your choice.
